Costs for Face-to-Face and Telehealth Assessments and Counselling

$200 per hour for Weekday appointments.

$220 per hour for Saturday appointments.

$250 per hour for emergency out-of-hours appointments.

$120 for 30 minutes.

A receipt will be provided to lodge through Medicare Online to receive an $93.35 rebate with a current Mental Health Care Plan.

Letters – from $150

Reports – $2850.00 (50% deposit required – remaining 50% required before releasing the report)

Workers Compensation:

• There is no cost to you for accepted (or provisionally accepted) claims

Mind Over Matter is WentWest (formerly ATAPS) and Wentworth Registered

• No cost with approved WentWest/Wentworth referrals
• See your GP and they can complete and send this for approval.
