Change in Payment Procedures for Medicare clients
Dear Valued Clients,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you of a change in our payment procedures for our valued Medicare clients, which will take effect from 1st August 2023.
To ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, we will now be requesting payment before the commencement of each session.
The decision to implement this change is a result of careful consideration and feedback from our team. Regrettably (and without prejudice), we have encountered instances where some clients did not fulfill their payment obligations on the day of their session or required additional follow-ups for payment. This situation has not only created administrative challenges but also impacted our financial position toward the end of the 2023 financial year to provide services.
By requesting payment in advance, we aim to streamline our operations and maintain a high standard of service for all our clients. Rest assured, this change will not only enable us to better manage our schedule but also guarantee your reserved time.
We understand that change can sometimes be inconvenient, but we believe that this adjustment will ultimately benefit all our valued clients. As always, we remain committed to providing you with the best experience and support throughout your journey with us.
